Each of the 6 bedrooms comes with a double bed, desk and chair so you can work from home and plenty of storage space for all of your belongings. There are two bathrooms in the flat as well as an extremely large lounge area that leads into the kitchen. Both also come fully furnished, the kitchen with a kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The lounge area comes with comfy sofas and a flat screen television, perfect for relaxing with your housemates. Everything in the flat will be brand new for your arrival.

Bankfield Road is a hugely sought after location to live in because of its close proximity to Huddersfield town centre, without being right in the hustle and bustle of city life. Kingsgate shopping centre is just a 15 minute walk away, filled with every shop you can think of! The Huddersfield train station and Sainsbury’s are also within walking distance and the University of Huddersfield is just a 15 minute walk away as well, meaning getting to campus will take no time at all.

Securing your room

To secure your room for 2022/232021/22 all you need to do is click the “Reserve Now” button above and complete a reservation form. Once we receive your completed application we will allocate you a room and draft your tenancy agreement. You will then receive an email with instructions of what to do next and a link to our online portal, The Student Hub, where you can then review the tenancy agreement and terms and conditions. Once you are happy with everything, you then tick the box to agree to the tenancy agreement and its terms and conditions. Its as easy as that.

  • I moved to Mayfair Court 3 years ago and we love it here. My apartment is spacious and enlightened by large windows facing Wilmslow road. Commons, including a flourishing inner garden are well kept. Staff are friendly and always there to help, and the community is diverse. Location is very convenient. There’s a bus stop at the foot of the building, a supermarket across the street, Bodey Medical Centre behind the supermarket, and plenty of restaurants and pubs around. I'm happy to call this place our home while in Manchester.
