This brand new 5 bedroom student flat is the perfect student home for a group of 5 friends looking to live together in their final years of University. Each of the 5 bedrooms comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chair so you can work from home and plenty of storage space for your belongings. There is both a shower room and a bathroom and the huge open plan living and kitchen area is the ideal location for communal student living. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and a dining table, perfect for group meals, and the lounge area has comfy sofas and a flat screen television.

Bankfield Road is an extremely popular place to live for Huddersfield students because of its close proximity to both town and campus (both a 15-minute walk away). The Huddersfield leisure centre is located just across the road and Sainsbury’s and the train station are also very close by. Because of its accessibility to practically everything, Bankfield road is highly sought after, so make an enquiry quickly before it’s too late!

Securing your room

To secure your room for 2022/232021/22 all you need to do is click the “Reserve Now” button above and complete a reservation form. Once we receive your completed application we will allocate you a room and draft your tenancy agreement. You will then receive an email with instructions of what to do next and a link to our online portal, The Student Hub, where you can then review the tenancy agreement and terms and conditions. Once you are happy with everything, you then tick the box to agree to the tenancy agreement and its terms and conditions. Its as easy as that.

  • I have been living in Brickworks about 7 months. Brickworks is a great place to live in. The location is really convenient (close to city center, good public transportation, near the supermarket and so on...). The buildings are pretty new (well maintained and very clean) it also offers study rooms, cinema room, gym, roof top party room and terrace. There are a lot of common areas for entertainment (PlayStation, Pool, table tennis...). Additionally, free coffee and tea services are amazing!

  • Living at The Junxion has been a very homely experience for me, as from moving in on my first year of university I was a little nervous about living on my own so far away from my home in Liverpool; but that all change once I moved into my new room, as the buildings interior design gives off such a relaxing vibe that will allow you to study in peace. Although the staff in the building where so very comforting to speak to and will offer guidance on pretty much anything, as they are always there to help. Other than that I would highly recommend The Junxion to anyone as I am currently a second year living with my friend at The Junxion and I couldn’t feel more at home.

    Brickworks is a great home for whoever comes to live in Dublin for a while.

    The friendliness of the staff along with the welcoming environment make for a great place to live. When I first entered the room, it felt like a hotel room : comfortable, modern and very liveable.

    The neighborhood is as calm as it gets and you get to the most animated streets in 15mn.

    The sunset view on the rooftop is the cherry on the cake.
