Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills!
You will have access to our WI-FI service provided by GLIDE, offering up to 250MB p/s throughout the entire building, communal areas, stairwells and outside in our sports areas and courtyards. Wired ethernet ports are also in every bedroom with downloads speeds of up to 400MB and upload speeds of up to 600MB, which is great for you gamers!
Our large, modern kitchens are fully fitted and include an oven, separate hob, microwave, and fridge freezer. Studios feature an integrated microwave/oven. In our 8, 9, and 10-bed apartments, you'll find two of everything - so there’s no need to argue over cooking space! We also provide a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, iron, ironing board, and dustpan and brush.
Our outdoor, floodlit MUGA (multi use games area) and Padel Tennis Courts offer a brilliant way to help with your health and wellbeing. With an all weather surface, inset goals, tennis nets, basketball hoops and cricket wickets, these stunning courts are suitable for any number of sports including tennis, football, basketball netball, hockey, and much more. Open 7 days a week from 9am until 9pm, you will be able to grab your friends and organise a game of your choice at a time that suits your schedule!
In addition to the ample private study space provided in your apartment and room, we also have four private study pods situated in our fantastic communal study lounge. You will be able to book these private study pods and invite your friends along to study with you in style. Our private study pods come fully equipped with a 55 inch TV, conference table and chairs.
