Location, location, location! With a close-to-campus setting and a city centre hub, you’ll really have the best of both worlds at The Junxion. It’s a popular choice for Lincoln University students, and first years can now book directly with us.
You couldn’t get much closer to campus, the University of Lincoln and the Student Union are both a one-minute walk away, and there’s an on-site Chinese restaurant, Spar shop and cash point right in the building. Tesco Express and Nandos are just a couple of minutes by bike, with the city centre and train station both close by too.
Every room is en suite with a ¾ bed, and rent includes all utility bills, fast Wi-Fi and personal contents insurance as standard. When you fancy some downtime, head to the Mezzino Lounge for Sky Sports on the 75-inch TV, a game of pool or snooker, or make use of the fully fitted kitchen, on-site laundry and 24-hour on-site team looking after the building.

Every room at the Junxion is En Suite, with a ¾ size bed.
Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills!
You will have access to our Wi-Fi service provided by Wifinity, offering 200MB p/s speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas.
Kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. You'll also have your own dishwasher, so you'll never have to worry about whose turn it is to wash up! There's also a dining area with breakfast bar and stools.
Each apartment lounge is fitted with comfy, leather sofas and has a TV with Freeview. TV Licence is included.
The communal Junxion Mezzino Lounge offers Sky and BT Sports on a 75” HDTV, a full size snooker table, a pool table and table football. Whether you want to catch the latest Premier League or Champions League game, watch a movie or simply meet up with friends, this is a great place to relax and socialise.
Our fully fitted laundry room can be found on the ground floor and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week – ideal for those times when you run out of clean socks!
We have a private secure bike storage area on the ground floor. Only Mezzino Junxion residents have access – you can get a key from reception when you move in.
Members of the Junxion management team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out.
Only Mezzino residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas.
All communal areas including Mezzino Lounge and laundry are cleaned on a daily basis.
If things break or go wrong you have no need to worry, our friendly maintenance team will fix them quickly and cheerfully.
You can shop online to your heart’s content; our reception staff will happily take delivery for parcels and signed-for items.
Your rent includes personal contents insurance as we have partnered up with Howden For Students, the number 1 student insurance provider to arrange this for you at no extra cost!

A gated student neighbourhood located a short 2 minute drive (or a 10 minute stroll) away from University of Lincoln, Pine Mill offers a collection of houses built for socialising with high quality fixtures and furnishings and has 99 parking spaces which is the most of any student accommodation in the city. Each kitchen comes with its own washing machine/dryer so no need to pay extra for doing your laundry!
