Every room comes complete with a 3/4 bed.
Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills!
Our cinema room is equipped with the latest in audio and visual technology. So, whether you and a few friends want to ‘cast’ something onto the big screen and chill out or come along to some of our movie nights or watch Champions League the choice is yours.
You will have access to our superfast Wi-Fi service throughout the entire building and communal areas.
Kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. There is also a fitted dishwasher in every cluster kitchen so no more arguing about who is washing up!
Our on site laundry facilities allow residents the opportunity to wash and dry their clothes in comfort (local charge applies).
Members of the accommodation team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out.
Only Mezzino residents with a security key fob have access to the building and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas and throughout the site.
