Telephone House is Dundee’s newest student accommodation, opening in October 2026 in one of the city’s most iconic buildings on West Bell Street. It’s right next to Abertay University, just a couple of minutes on foot, and within an easy walk of the University of Dundee too. The railway station, bus station and Dundee city centre are all close by, so everything from lectures to nights out is within easy reach.
Every room comes with a fully fitted kitchen, tenant-controlled heating and unlimited hot water, with all utility bills and contents insurance included as standard. Students also get access to an impressive range of shared spaces, including a fully equipped gym, yoga studio, landscaped courtyard, games area and multiple social spaces, alongside quiet study areas and a multi-purpose studio and meeting room for when the books come out. A 24-hour on-site team, secure key fob entry and round-the-clock CCTV mean help and peace of mind are always close at hand.

With Dundee nightlife and amenities similarly on your doorstep, by staying at Keiller Court, you’re in prime position to enjoy the complete student living experience.
Built in 1996 this residence provides 69 bedrooms. Situated on the edge of Abertay University’s campus, Meadowside offers a central location and ready access to shopping, leisure facilities and libraries etc. The flats are divided into self catering units of 6 or 9 bedrooms each flat has a large communal Kitchen/living room area which is bright and spacious.
Lyon Street are newly refurbished former private flats that retain the feel of private rental. Residents have access to the large gardens which are a perfect place to chill with your friends and neighbours. The flats have 126 bedrooms divided into 1,2 and 3 bedrooms flats. Located just seconds away from public transport. There are a good range of local grocery shops close to site in this residential area.
