* All our tenants are charged a set fee (Fair Usage Policy Applies) of €30.00** for each week of their tenancy for Utilities & Services which covers Heating, Hot Water, Internet and Waste disposal. Internet and Wi-FiYou will have access to our Wi-Fi service offering 100MB speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas. Additionally, you will have 150mb ethernet access in your bedroom with no usage caps.
