You will then receive an email with instructions of what to do next and a link to our online portal, The Student Hub, where you can then review the tenancy agreement and terms and conditions. Once you are happy with everything, you can then digitally sign the tenancy agreement and its terms and conditions. It’s as easy as that. You can then pay the deposit via your account on The Student Hub.
