Fixed Utility Charges

No need to worry about splitting the bills! All our tenants are charged a set fee (Fair Usage Policy Applies) of €48.00 per week (€55.00 per week for 2026/27) for Utilities & Services. This covers Electricity, Gas, Internet, Mailroom Service and Waste. Billed monthly alongside rent via the Mezzino Hub.

Wi-Fi provided by ASK4, with 100MBp/s throughout the building and 200MBp/s ethernet access in bedrooms. No usage caps.
