Hydrogen is Falmouth’s newest student accommodation, providing stunning studio apartments with all the latest amenities. Perfectly placed near university campuses and overlooking Falmouth Harbour, this really is the perfect location and will make getting up and heading off to lectures a breeze.
You’re right in the centre of Falmouth here, with the high street shops, cafes and the harbour itself all just a couple of minutes’ walk away. Falmouth University is a nine-minute bus ride (or six-minute cycle), with the University of Exeter’s Penryn campus a little further out at around 24 minutes by bus.
Every studio comes with its own en suite and fully fitted kitchen, and rent includes personal contents insurance plus ultra-fast Wi-Fi throughout the building. When you fancy some company, head down to the coffee corner or the social space with its 75-inch TV, and rest easy knowing there’s 24-hour security, CCTV and an on-site laundry room open round the clock.

You will have access to our ultra fast Wi-Fi service (min 200MB p/s), throughout the entire building and communal areas.
Kitchens are fully fitted and each includes an electric hob, fridge freezer and oven.
Only Mezzino residents carrying a security key fob have access to the building, and each apartment has its own door entry system. Full 24-hour CCTV is in operation in all lobby areas.
In addition to the ample private study space provided in your studio we also have two group study booths perfect for group studying if you want change of scenery from your room but still want to study.

Come and grab a coffee and sit at our breakfast bar whilst you take a break from your studies. Great for sitting and relaxing on your own first thing before you head off to uni and perfect to meet your friends, sit on our bar stools, relax and have a chat over a hot drink. The building is sprinklered throughout and achieves a EWS1 A1 rating for the external walls which is the highest rating possible.
Our fully-fitted laundry room is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week – ideal for those times when you run out of clean socks!
We have a private secure cycle storage area in the courtyard.
Come and join your friends in our contemporary, flexible social space complete with seating and sofas to suit various uses. Whether you are wanting to chill and catch a movie on Netflix or gaming with your friends on our 75" TV, this is the perfect place to meet up and relax with your friends.
Members of the accommodation team are on site 24 hours a day and are always available to answer questions and help out. We also have Security Guards on duty.
