No need to worry about splitting the bills! All our tenants are charged a set fee (Fair Usage Policy Applies) for Services which covers Electricity, Internet, Waste and onsite Services. This charge is billed monthly in addition to rent due and payable on the 1st of each month via the Mezzino Hub. *In year one, this charge is €0.
No need to queue to use the bathroom, every room type comes with a private en suite!
Our large modern kitchens are fully fitted, and each includes an oven, separate oven/grill, hob, integrated microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, cookware and utensils.
If things break or go wrong you have no need to worry, our friendly maintenance team will fix them quickly and cheerfully.
You will have access to our Wi-Fi service provided by ASK4, offering superfast speeds throughout the entire building and communal areas.
All entrances are access controlled, the residence is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day and you’ll have no need to worry about keys as we can provide an app for your phone which will unlock your door as you walk up to it. A member of our on site team is available day or night, so you feel safe and secure all the time.
Cycling is one of the quickest and easiest ways to travel around, so if you’re bringing your bike with you, it will always have a home.
Fitted with comfortable seating, work spaces, a meeting room, games area and a kitchenette with coffee dock & vending machines, our student lounge is the perfect place to relax and take a break from your studies.
